AVG Aware of Customer Issues

AVG are aware of the issues customers face yet have failed to do anything about it. If you are having these issues please feel free to reply to this chain for visibility.

Since being in contact with the technical team over one month ago:
1)The UK phone number still does not work/ is an invalid number
2)There is a ‘technical glitch’ when trying to remove or change payment information

Despite contact and requests for an update these problems still persist. There is no feasible reason as to why these issues have not been resolved as of yet.

AVG are actually the worst company to make a complaint against and to request a refund from. You are absolutely shocking to get hold of on line or by phone, In fact I have had to instruct my bank to refuse any future payments to AVG and to be honest as soon as the time services period for the repeat payments have elapsed I don’t think I will be using AVG again.
