AVG BAsic Protection not working

We regret for any inconvenience caused. Is it a free version of AVG you are using and could you explain in detail about the issue you are experiencing? Please let us know exactly if your AVG is reporting any error messages on the interface to assist you better. Thank you.

I have a Mac/El Capiton OS and 2 x Windows 10 PCs and AVG Basic Protection is not working on any of them.  What up with that?? Reading the questions and answers and I am having the same "not working at all" issues and no solution.  anyone has a good clue, please and thank you email me at grannyanne@wiatel.net    Thank you and good luck to all.
