AVG behaviour shield detection for msfeedssync.exe

Hello Philip,

I understand your concern on this detection. Please send a sample of this file to AVG https://www.avg.com/submit-sample for analysis. We will check the same and if found genuine, we will add this file to AVG global exception list.

AVG has blocked the process msfeedssync.exe from running as it’s been detected by the behaviour shield as a threat called IDP.Generic. I’m putting money on the fact this is a false positive but would like to know if anyone has experienced malware with this file as I don’t want to add an exception in case it has been infected with malware!
