I've been charged two amounts £44.99 and £49.99 both to AVG - which were taken out of my paypal account (I can show evidence) and my AVG is telling me it's expired, and there is no option to renew. Meanwhile I've ALSO been charged for McAfee via Paypal - which I definitely didn't order. I've always used AVG - but am puzzled why I didn't get an email with the update key to give me better than the free protection - especially since I've now spent about £200 on "security" and no one is giving me any! Help!
