AVG billing seems to have jumped from one credit card to another without authorization

we cancelled AVG quite some time ago and had difficulty stopping them from debiting my credit card.
I thought we had this problem resolved but now it seems that AVG has found an alternate card which I find a new debit on. I'm pretty sure no one has authorization to use this card , I would like to know how they have acquired the numbers and authorization.
Please I would like AVG to stop taking money from my visa account.
