We’re sorry if this update left you frustrated. We strive to provide the best protection possible, and our research and comprehensive review of the feature showed that Anti-Spam wasn’t offering enough value to our customers.
And given that email providers nowadays provide strong embedded anti-spam filters, we decided to focus our development efforts on adding value in other areas.
Recently we introduced new features like Remote Access Shield, Password Protection, improved botnet protection, etc.
We think these new features, along with ongoing improvements to our other many features provide advanced protection for our customers.

Hi,
I have revcently updated my AVG antivirus and it no longer has the Spam/Blacklist/whitelist icons on my outlook ribbon - all spam now just appears in my inbox, and no longer gets redirected to the junk email folder. I now this was an issue with previous version (2017 etc) where I read that AVG removed this however I thought there was a workaround to reinstate this with newer versions
I have outlook as part of office 16 and have tried all the other workarounds mentioned on previous forums (checking add-ins etc).
Could someone please advise me of how to reinstall these icons
