Hello Veeramani thank you your answer. 
I had to format my pc (not because AVG :wink: )  so now i will see if problem persists. 
Yesterday i didn't see any problem, so i cross fingers.

Thank you for the screenshots. Please try to repair the AVG Anti-virus program and restart the PC. Then, please check whether you are still getting blank pop-up from AVG.
