Did you disable AVG Internet security temporarily to check whether it is causing the issue?

Yes after disabling the AVG, I could now save my work into designated folder.

Hi,
I experience a frustrated issues where AVG has block my Microsoft office and outlook from access or edit files which previously working fine.
We had rececently installed AVG Ultimate.
