Could you explain how did you confirm that AVG is blocking this 192.168.1.12:80. address?

I have paid version AVG Business.

When I uninstall AVG, PIMphony works.
The old version of AVG had the same problem. I've solved this problem with Hotline. We talked about AVG, port 80, Browsers and ComboBox.
We added the exception 192.168.1.12:80 to the Web Shield
This is not working now.
