Does this pop-up occur randomly or it occur when you surf the internet? May I ask you whether this is only website being blocked by AVG or with all websites?

I keep getting frequent AVG pop ups that state the following:
"AVG has blocked access to https.//tag.sp.advertising.com/ because the server certificate has been revoked"
How can I stop this pop up from constantly appearing?
