AVG Blocked an app that I use everyday how do I unblock it? The app is Slack

Please open your AVG Internet Security > Hackers > Open Ransomware Protection > Make sure you enabled 'Smart mode' > Select Blocked/Allowed apps to see if Slack is under Blocked apps.
If the application is under 'Blocked' list, do remove it and add the app to 'Allowed apps' list.

I use Slack every day and it accesses my documents every day for file sharing. Today I got an error message that was truncated as to the app using my docs and what it was doing. To be safe I blocked it. Now I cannot open the app. I get a message that the app cannot be opened and to check Microsoft Store? Please help me, I use this for work and am totally stranded right now.
