I use the free version of AVG on Windows 10.

I've played this gave for over 12 years. It releases patches every week.  After each patch AVG always asks if I allow it to run, but until this week AVG has never quarantined the .exe. This killed my game installation. I uninstalled the game, deleted the directory structure, and tried to install the game with the latest download from the DDO Standing Stone website. In the second picture you can see how far I got in the installation. The same item was detected and the install crashed.

Hello Robert,

Thank you for sharing the screenshot. Could you please explain how do you confirm that this game is secure one?

If its secure download file, you can try to add that application in AVG Exception and check it. Refer the below link to know how to add that program in AVG Exception :

Excluding certain files or websites from scanning in AVG AntiVirus

Please try the above steps and let us know if its help you.
