Did you try to add that FortiClient website under AVG Exceptions and then check if it helps?
Open AVG Internet Security and go to ☰ Menu ▸ Settings.
Select General ▸ Exceptions, then click Add exception.
Add an exception in one of the following ways: Type the specific file/folder path or URL into the text box, then click Add exception.
You can also try to add that FortiClient website under "Allowed websites" in AVG AntiTrack program and check.

I use FortiClient to connect to my company's network. I recently installed AVG VPN and it is blocking FortiClient. I wouldn't want to disable AVG every time I need to connect to my company. What can I do to resolve this issue?
