Hi. I was trying to get a screenshot but then avg blocked its application. I have tried going to blocked apps and unblocking it. However, im still unable to get a screenshot using the windows key + print screen one. The screen turns darker but no image appears in the folder. Can it be fixed?

Well, it worked once. Then, a window from avg popped in telling me that an application was accessing my images and it had been blocked from doing so. I proceeded to check AVG Blocked Apps and the app was there and I removed it. However, the screenshots still don't appear in the folder. If I reinstall AVG will it reset blocked apps and solve this?
