Avg blocking all emails

This shouldn't happen due to AVG.
May I know how did you confirm that AVG is causing this issue?
To confirm, disable AVG Internet Security temporarily.
Click on "Menu–>Settings–>Troubleshooting–>Passive Mode" from Internet Security.
Slide the cursor to turn off protection temporarily.
Keep us informed about the status.

new computer . reloaded avg security suite. Its blocking all incoming emails. can send ok & forward existing emails

uninstalling AVG solved problem
