Like others who have posted in this forum, I've had issues with AVG interfering with Mac Mail Privacy Protection, so I have to click to show remote content on each message. I've been waiting for at least a year for a fix. When will this be addressed? I am on Mac OS Ventura 13.4.
I've uninstalled and reinstalled AVG but that hasn't resolved the situation. I've tried turning off web or email shield, but that hasn't helped. :(
Hello I also have some suggestion for you
PFB might helps you
Update AVG: Ensure that you have the latest version of AVG installed on your Mac. Check for updates and install any available updates from the AVG application or the AVG website.
Disable Email Shield: Try disabling the Email Shield feature in AVG temporarily to see if it resolves the issue. Open the AVG application, navigate to the settings, and find the Email Shield option. Disable it and restart your Mac. Check if Apple Mail's privacy protection works as expected without AVG's interference.
Contact AVG Support: If the above steps don't resolve the issue, reach out to AVG customer support. Provide them with detailed information about the problem you're experiencing, including your Mac OS version (Ventura 13.4), and ask for assistance. TellHappyStar (https://www.tellhappystar.org/) They may have specific troubleshooting steps or updates related to this issue.
