AVG blocking emails from Outlook 2019

Hi, I have exactly the same problem occurred again. Cannot send or receive emails on Outlook 2019 unless Email Shield is turned off. Please help again… Thank you.

I apologize for the inconvenience caused. I will certainly help you with this issue. This is not usual behavior of AVG Internet Security. Please ensure that the AVG program has the latest patches applied to it.

  • Open AVG program - click on refresh icon beside virus definitions, at bottom left corner - Restart computer after successful update & check.
If the issue persists do repair AVG Internet Security by clicking on the link: (https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?l=en&urlName=repair-avg-antivirus&q=repair+Antivirus&supportType=home) .

Hi, I cannot receive or send emails via Outlook 2019 unless I turn AVG Email Shield off which is not desirable. Any suggestions? Thank you.
