AVG blocking installation of Carbonite

Hi Barbara,

We will help you to get this issue resolved.

Can you manage to install Carbonite if you disable AVG? If so please add the Carbonite file to AVG's exception then try to install the Carbonite program.

Please follow the bellow steps to add exception to AVG Internet Security:

AVG Internet Security > Menu > Settings > General > Exception > add the file path of Carbonite

Then check if you could install it successfully.

Carbonite is being blocked from running from the Temp directory on my computer, and therefore cannot be installed.  Can AVG add an exclusion for the Carbonite Software as to not be blocked?  Here is a link to an article in Carbonite's knowledge base for where the program files are located.
