Avg blocking internet sites

I am also getting the same issue andc when I disable the web control it works. I repaired the internet security through uninstallation process but no change. Please let me know the fix.

I get the message that AVG blocked access to this site.  This is on all the sites that I try to access.  What is the use of having Internet security or of having internet at all if this is going to be the case in future
