I have purchased AVG Internet Security few days back. It is working fine on my other devices but it's blocking internet traffic on my XP Desktop. I have uninstalled and reinstalled using safe mode but same issue. I am unable to use AVG Clear as it is not compatible with XP. While reinstalling it is getting frozen towards the end of the installation process. Is there a way to resolve this issue?

Please let us know what happens exactly while running AVG Clear. Do you receive any error message?
If so, share us the screenshot of it for better clarity. We may need to remove the traces of AVG completely & then use the offline installer to re-install.
Also, let us know the reason that made you think that AVG is blocking the internet traffic.

Internet was not working with AVG Internet Security installed but moment I uninstalled it started working
