HOW DO I GET ACCESS
Hello, Bob.

The pop up occurs as I visit the website. I do not reach the point to enter log-in credentials on the site.
I have the same issue Bob has. Happens on Mozilla Firefox, even after I did an AVG scan. Microsoft Outlook works on this computer if I use Internet Explorer. and works on Firefox on 3 other computers I use.
Bob, Your screenshot is actually visible on the Community!.

Karen,
I understand the inconvenience, let’s try to fix it together.
I suggest you update your AVG Internet Security Virus Definitions and check if that fixes the issue.
To update your AVG, please go to Internet Security>Menu>Settings>Update and then click on Update.
This also happened to me today when I tried to log on to a site. I use Chrome, but it also happened when I tried Edge. How can I now get to my required site?
