Just renewed our AVG paid virus protection and it’s blocked our WiFi on the computer now. We are not technical at all and don’t know how to fix this. Also don’t really know why this would happen anyways? After searching this problem seems to be an ongoing problems with AvG that they should have addressed years ago
We have tried multiple times restarting our computer and it doesn't work. Our WiFi is still blocked. We need to be able to use our computer. What else are we supposed to do? I need a response ASAP please. This is very frustrating, we haven't been able to use our computer for 3 days now

There was a disruption with the network connectivity when AVG protection is enabled, which has been fixed by our developers.
Please restart your computer twice (5 minutes of interval beween each restart) & let us know if it helps.
