Before we proceed, could you elaborate how you came to the conclusion that your AVG Internet Security is blocking access to your Windscribe VPN program?
Did you receive any error/threat message from AVG, when you tried to access it?

Also, temporarily disable your AVG Internet Security as mentioned in this article and check whether you can access your Windscribe VPN program.

I use Windscribe. I have bought AVG without realising it. I set it up and now cannot use Windscribe. AVG says that Windscribe is still operating, but I cannot find anything to prove that and I can't change my location, for example. How do I reactivate Windscribe and use AVG too?
