Initially, please clarify how you access your emails. Is it through browser or email client such as Outlook, Thunderbird?
Also, let us know the reason that made you think that AVG is blocking emails. Do you receive any notification from AVG?
If so, share us the screenshot of it for better clarity.
I have one email address from another company. I have apparently received several emails with risca material. Didn't want them or asked for them. Nothing from that email address is now coming in. How can I resolve this issue and block the bad mail?
