I am sorry to hear that. Please disable AVG Email Protection component in your computer and check if that component is causing the issue. Please open AVG Internet Security->Menu->Settings->Components->Email Protection. From here disable Email Protection and check if you are able to send and receive email. If everything works fine, please uninstall this component, restart your computer, then reinstall the email protection component and check if that fix the issue. Long time user of AVG. Never had issues before. New laptop. Installed AVG. Use Office 365. Outlook will not connect to send or receive emails while AVG protection is turned on. When I turn it off everything works fine. Suggestions?
