AVG blocking POP and SMTP secure ports

No email received and not in spam folder either. Please note that I changed my email address yesterday since the old one is no longer valid. The correct new email address is:
(Email id removed)  (you should be able to see the full email address) I received your reply above at the new email address so not sure why I haven't received anything ?

AVG version 22.8.3250 (build 22.8.7500.439) I am using Windows 7 Professional 64bit  and my email client is Windows Mail from Vista. All the Geek settings for port numbers were correct and to get by I have disabled email scanning of secure ports in the Geek area. Note that I had no problems until the above update came through a couple of days ago.
