its long story, see i took the PC to a tech , to format it , then he installed avg antivirus, when i wanted to play steam games (payday 2, SAS4) they didn't launch ,they used to work before , however , deleted the AVG antivirus, and downloaded AVAST antivirus , but still , the games didnt work , so i went to steam community and asked for help , they said if you have AVG antivirus , you need to disable it and add steam exception , so , what i did is deleted avast and downloaded AVG antivirus again , but it didn't work , i mean the installation fails
help me please
