AVG Blocking Web Browsers

Been using AVG for many years, but have now encountered a problem where it won't allow my web browsers to access any sites!!!
Just installed Office 365, so don't know whether this is related, but at the moment I don't have a internet security.
I have allowed all apps including my browsers, but still no joy.  NOT HAPPY.
Anyone have any suggestions as i don't want to cancel my subscription and go elsewhere.
