AVG blocks Apple Music

Thank you for your further help.
Thinking that the VPN is the problem makes sense, as Apple Music is certainly sensitive to geography. 
But I don't know how to install AVG secure VPN, and I don't know how it was installed in the first place.

I'm not getting any error message.
I have no other AVG app installed. I don't know what AVG Antitrack is. 
I'll try to remove AVG Security not connected, and if I have problems, I'll let you know.


In answer to you questions:


It’s a MacBook Pro (Retina, 13 inch, Early 2015)
System: 12.7.6, fully updated (Monterey)
As far as I know I am only using the AVG Antivirus.
I’m not using the VPN at the moment, but I might have been. (see below)
No other websites blocked, as far as I know.
No error message. I just couldn’t access any Apple Music. 

What happened was that I didn’t have access to my Apple Music. The Apple support told me to go to Network prefs, and told me to delete a few things there, and then restart Apple Music. When I deleted AVG, and then restarted Apple Music, I was able to access Apple Music.
However, now that I have turned the computer off and on a few times, I see that AVG Security is Connected, and I still have access to Apple Music. So it is possible that what I deleted was AVG VPN. I wasn’t paying attention. 

I am attaching my Network Prefs. You can see that in fact there are two AVG Securities: one Connected and the other Unconnected. What might that mean? Can I safely delete the unconnected one?

May I know which AVG applications installed in your device?
Are you using the VPN from AVG application?
Does any other applications or websites blocked?
Does a specific error message appear when you encounter this issue?

I was unable to connect to Apple Music, and nobody could figure out why. Then somebody suggested that I delete AVG from Network Prefs. So I did that, and I was able to connect to Apple Music again. Is there any way to fix this? I was going to subscribe to AVG, but if it means that Apple Music is blocked, then I won't.

I understand that you are able to access Apple Music after removing AVG Secure VPN. 
Some banking, streaming and shopping websites will not allow VPN connections. 
Due to the nature of how VPN services work, obscuring your actual location can sometimes cause websites of certain institutions to block such connections by default due to the mismatch in the actual and virtual location that the application provides your device with to encrypt your data and protect it.
I request you try access Apple Music after installing AVG Secure VPN in your mac device and check if any error message appear. 
If you are facing any issue or any specific error message appear, would you be so kind as to forward me a screenshot of it?
If you are facing issue only after using AVG Secure VPN, then the issue was caused by AVG Secure VPN. 
Regarding the AVG Security, could you please confirm if you have any other AVG application like AVG AntiTrack installed. 
Also, please check if you can remove AVG Security not connected.
