How do I tell my AVG to allow me to install IExplorer 11 (upgrading from Version 10)? There is no such allowance in the AVG control panel. Thanks.

Sorry to know that. We request you to disable AVG once ( http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-disable-AVG ) and check if Internet Explorer is working fine. If Internet Explorer works fine after disabling AVG, please follow the steps in this article to add it in the exception list of AVG ( http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-exclude-file-folder-or-website-from-AVG-scanning ). If you are unable to access internet explorer even after disabling AVG, the issue is not with AVG.
