I have AVG installed on my Mac. Over the past few weeks I haven't been able to log into my banking from my Mac. My banking website says: Server not responding.
When I use another computer without AVG, I can log in without any problems.
We have contacted the bank I they have said there's no problem with their server & I can log in with other Macs that don't have AVG.

I can now access my banking.
Does that mean I must disable it permanently?

It is not recommended to disable the Web shield permanently. This is not expected behavior and I have to escalate this to our senior technicians for analysis. Could you let me know the version of AVG app installed and the version of Mac OS?
