AVG blocks Nvidia shield from accessing folders on my computer

Since i installed AVG Internet Security, my Nvidia shield has been unable to access any of the shared folders on my computer.

I have followed some of the tips from the forum:
- re-install AVG
- turn off Remote access shield
-add ip-address of the device to allowed connections
-other tips i don't even remember

If i can't get this fixed i will just have to cancel my subscription and go back to my old, free antivirus that never had any of these issues…

Can somebody please help?
