When trying to open Thunderbird I get a screen which asks me to set up a thunderbird email from scratch. and cannot access my emails on thunderbird. It seem that this is because AVG has quarantined file prefs,js because malware VBS:Gamaredon-c has been detected. I wish to know what to do to remedy this. I looked at the problem on another computer with AVG disabled but windows 10 operating and all was OK with thunderbird so I wondered if there is a real threat
