Hello Carlos,
We're sorry for the inconvenience caused.
We would ask the users to stop the web shield and check whether the websites are accessible.
It is done to confirm and identify which component is blocking the access.
In your case, we request you to reinstall AVG Antivirus on your Mac and check the status.
For uninstalling AVG Antivirus on Mac, refer this article.

Keep us apprised about the status.
Worked for a while and after a short period of time blocked my access to the web again.
Hi there, AVG is blocking my browsers (all of them, Safari, Chrome and Firefox) the access to the web sites. I read that this is problem since the beginning of time, back in 2018, and history tells that is related to AVG no being able to deal with SSL certificates…
Is there any solution available? I mean, someone said stop web shield and be happy accessing the web but lets be honest, I want a web shield to be protected, not just to spend my storage capacity.
Thank you very much for your help.
Thank you for the information, Carlos.
Did you reinstall AVG Antivirus and checked the status?
