My Windows XP x64, while ot was installing AVG, at the final minutes, bluescreened, saying something like AVG and page or something. Now I restart it and unfortunatly, something bad happened. It did not start in normal mode and always bluescreened. I used safe mode, and it works, but I need my normal mode. I will provide a screenshot below. It was taken from this device (my phone) about my laptop screen showing the zoomed in screenshot of windows xp crashing and restarting in less than 0.5 seconds.
Hello Subhrajit,
We are really sorry for the inconvenience caused. We will check and help you to clarify it. AVG Anti-virus latest version can be installed only from Windows 7 Service pack 1 and higher operating system. As you have tried to install AVG Anti-virus using offline installer, kindly try to remove the installation file of AVG from control panel in safe mode. Then try to restart the Windows XP in normal mode and check the status. We look forward for your response.
Hello Subhrajit,
Thank you for sharing us the screenshot. Could you please confirm are you unable to restart the PC in safe mode too now? If you are unable to do, kindly power off the device for sometime and try to login later. We look forward for your response.
Before, it was a bluescreen. Now it is nothing. Just black.
