AVG broke my laptop

I tried to install AVG and after it finished I restarted my laptop but I couldn't turn it on after that. 
A blue screen pops up and says System32/DRIVERS/avgboota.sys is missing and the error code

0xc000007B

It broke my laptop I can't use it anymore can someone help me ?

My operating system is Windows 8.1

No I'm not able to start up my laptop in safe mode. It brings up the blue screen again

I already have an AVG Rescue CD bootable from a USB, it boots up and gives me a couple options like 'AVG Rescue CD' or 'AVG Rescue Disc with resolution selection' and so on. After I click the rescue CD a lot of text shows up at the screen but it doesnt bring me any further. 
It freezes with the text onscreen but nothing happens after that

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Did you download the AVG Rescue CD file to a CD/DVD or on a USB device?
Could you please have a look at AVG Rescue CD guide: http://www.avg.com/ww-en/226386 and confirm that you have followed the instructions mentioned in it?
