AVG browser and breach guard

2.  Are you unable to activate AVG BreachGuard?
3. Please explain the issue with AVG product installed on Windows 7?

I am curious as to why you would sell me a product, of which I purchased the browser and breach guard items when my PC is only a Windows 7 and is not capable to be upgraded due to that very fact. I may not be wording this correctly. I am by no means a technical ability person being 65 yrs of age and have no intentions of updating my desktop PC to something newer.  Please assist me with this matter. I most likely need to cancel all subscriptions and get refunds on what is owed since this program is NOT helping me with what I "thought" I had protection on.  Thanks!
