AVG Browser help not responding

I have been using the AVG Browser for a while now but it's just decided to block weather radar data on the government website I regularly use. It works perfectly if I turn the AVG Browser "Anti-Tracking" off. So then I tried to get help via the AVG Browser "Help and about AVG Browser" "Support Center" but I get this:
This site can’t be reachedwww.avgbrowser.com took too long to respond.
Try:

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
Running Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT
