AVG Business 2017 Web module blocks Canon printer

I discovered that after installing AVG Business 2017 that I could no longer communicate with my Canon TS900 inkjet network scanner/printer.

At first I thought it was a firewall issue so I disable AVG firewall. That didn't help so I just completely disabled AVG protection and the printer started working properly.

Next I re-enabled protection one module/function at a time. I have conclusively determined that if either the Web->Link Scanner or Web->Online Shield are enabled that I am unable to print or scan. I dunno what AVG is doing to mess with the communications with the printer driver but it is.

With only Web protection completely disabled I next attempted to scan and it failed to work so again I changed the firewall from Automatic to Interactive and then I was prompted to allow the connection from the Canon printer and scanning functioned normally.

Would be nice if AVG would look into this issue.
