Avg business and remote desktop for windows

Firewall on avg business does not allow remote desktop to connect but always have, changed network from private to public, still no connection, changed back still no connection. reinstalled and activated. same thing.

If I switch off firewall it works perfectly.

Please assist, frustrated. Was on Panda security and worked well and for some reason switched to avg business. feeling a refund coming along.
