I understand the inconvenience.
I see that you have purchased AVG Internet Security Business Edition 1 computer (2 years) license and the business edition products are meant to be used for a business purpose and not for consumer use.
If you are getting "UI embarrassing" message, then it should be due to old traces of AVG.
Can you share the (screenshot) of AVG showing the UI error message and AVG interface of old version that you have installed on another PC which is working perfectly?

I have tried loading the new updated AVG Business Intyernet Security programm on my windows 10 machine. I had problems where
I was unable to connect to any web page requiring a signon accrss. I removed the product and went back to the old version of software and that works perfectly.
I then tried reinstalling the new version on another windows 10 machine the product installs but cannot find the UI Interface and gives a message saying it is embarrassing but it can not start
avg services. I have uninstalled the product and all works well.
Perhaps I was not clear enough the macchnie that has "UI embarrassing" message has never had AVG on it before only standard Microsoft antivirus. I have removed the AVG off this machine now so a screen shot s not possible without reinstalling AVG.
Yes I do have a 2 year licence and I find the Business version to have a far better user interface than the standard consumer version this is why I buy the Business Version. Ss stated earlier I am happy to remain on the old version it does work quite well.

Paul, General topic info… "Business products" support… For assistance have a look @ this AVG webpage (https://support.avg.com/business_contact_form?l=en_US). Please be informed that this Community forum basically deals with 'home' version of AVG products. Furthermore the "Business products" area has now been removed from the 'Community topics' list @ the top LHS of this page.Finally please be informed that the support for "Business products" is not now available within this Community.

I downloaded the trial version if the Home product and tried that. It has exactly the same erros as the business version.

In this case, I request you to run AVG removal tool followed by clear tool as mentioned (here) to remove AVG traces.
NOTE: If there are no AVG program found, click on "Run Anyway" to proceed with the removal.
Proceed with the installation of your Internet Security business edition and keep me informed about the status.
