I just renewed my AVG Business, on most of my clients it was just a case of clicking reactivate then pasting in the new key.
However im left with at least twenty machines that clicking reactivate brings up the box but the input fields are greyed out and non selectable.
im logging in to the machines with domain admin account and have tried a local admin account,
its all the same.
any ideas?
