Hi Dennis,

Digital River is our payment gateway.

Did you place any AVG order in Digital Order?

We are unable to locate your account with your email address "dennis.*****@hotmail.co.uk"

Please explain your query in detail.

I am unable to get any response from the above i.e.digital river Ireland, nor find any way to talk to anyone about some orders I placed using Paypal. I am getting conflicting emails ref payment etc. Am I being scammed or have I not got the correct AVG Account.?
