Please click on the following link ( http://avgclick.me/AVGtechnical ) and fill out your details, select as Android then the name of AVG Program that you installed in your mobile and in description please completely explain about your issue and finally click on Email option. Please select you are using a paid version even it is a free version you are using. The AVG mobile team will reply back to you via email with a resolution. Thank you.

I am, and have been, trying to resolve an issue with the AVG Cache Cleaner app. No matter what route I go, there seems to be no resolution to this issue on my Samsung S7 Edge. This issue was first reported in March, again in April and May. I am trying again and now we are in mid September.
So, if I have to post several threads in different area's of the AVG Support website, then so be it!!!
Again, all I am trying to do is get some resolution to a problem with your product. Perhaps the AVG company is not as customer friendly and focused as I had hoped for.

Having purchased a new Android phone, Samsung S7 Edge, I have noticed that the Cache Cleaner and Ramp Boost functions no longer work. They worked fine on my older Samsung Galaxy Note 3. Has anyone else experienced this? Tech Support has not been able to resolve this issue as I have reported this issue several months ago.
