AVG cannot delete

I have done all this and the situation is unchanged - I still have 9 threats that I am unable to do anything with

I am also experiencing the the same issue. Reprted 27th April details below. Whilst a number of AVG software updates have been applied since then, the problem remains.

AVG AntiVirus Version 17.1 (beb837f3cd71) Virus databases: 170426-0

A scan of my MacBook Air running macOS Sierra Version 10.12.4 reveals a number of threats that cannot be deleted when selecting delete all threats. How can I delete them ? See below

As per my previous messages i have tried this numerous times but without success. Is this an issue you will be able to fix of not?

Hello Simon,
We are sorry that you are unable to quarantine the threats using AVG. Please be more specific with the threat that was not quarantined by AVG, so that we can check that and assist better. Also reply back with the screenshot of the threat using the steps provided in this link http://avgread.me/1aZxsAV .

I have a huge issue that i have not come across despite having used AVG for years. These threats I cannot move to quarantine nor can I delete them. Please help:

Please find the version attached. AVG keeps crashing and after a number of deletes and reinstalls the same nine threats are still there

We really appreciate your patience. Are you able to remove the detected threats manually? Does it require admin login? Please confirm.

Hi there, I am unable to move them to quarantine or delete them in any way. I thought they were as a result of Chrome extensions but nothing altered when I deleted the extensions.
