AVG Cannot Locate My Phone after many attempts

Michael/Zbynek…actually I have my phone, I'm trying to test the locate feature in case I do lose it. Apparently it simply doesn't work as I've tried over 20 times. Does it only work in US and/or other regions? Is it because I changed operators?

Similar questions in this community don't seem to get any anwers. I've tried at least 8 times. I know I'm hooked up to wi-fi. Help!

Hi Kadry,
I recommend contacting AVG for Android team directly through AVG >> Settings >> Help >> Contact us. This way you will provide them with details about your device and they will be able to help you more accurately.
