Avg cannot remove my tracking cookie

Hi Thomas,
Let's check this together.
How do you relate it down to AVG? Will you be able to take a screenshot of the page that you refer?
Please check if you see any unknown applications on your control panel.
You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on "Answer" & then click on the "Image" [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

Thank you for providing us the screenshot, Thomas.
Upon checking it, we see that you're receiving the campaign notification for AVG AntiTrack on your AVG protection program.
AVG AntiTrack is a privacy application designed to keep your identity safe from the latest online tracking techniques.
Usually, AVG program provides notification for other AVG programs, in order to improvize/personalize the existing program.
AVG program also allows us to disable those notifications (Open AVG - Menu - Settings - General - Personal privacy - Uncheck 'Show pop up offers for other AVG programs & 3rd party products'.
You can be rest assured that your computer is protected against emerging threats & hackers with AVG Internet Security installed on it.
As we're uncertain about how your bank said that your card has been accessed by someone, we're not in a position to comment on it.
Additionaly, we see that the Privacy components on your program is disabled. Please click on Privacy tile in AVG program & click on toggle bar beside the components to enable them.

My trial version cannot remove a tracking cookie trojan on my computer. Why is that?
