I attempted to start AVG TO SCAN COMPUTER , I GOT A MESSAGE THAT SAID "COMPUTER PROTECTION BROKEN " "WEB & EMAIL PROTECTION BROKEN " IT HAS A RED CIRCLE AROUND IT . ORIGINALLY i THOUGHT THAT WAS A FPHONY MESSAGE SO i TRIED TO UNINSTALL avg TO REINSTALL IT AGAIN. i WENT TO PROGRAM FILES REMOVED AVG PROTECTION AND AVG TUNE UP I THEN TRIED TO UNINSTALL AVG, AN RECEIVED A MESSAGE THAT I MUST FIRST UNINSTALL THE FOLLOWING PRODUCT THAT IS AN INTEGRATED PART OF AVG, " AVG PROTECTION" THAT WAS PREVIOUSLY REMOVED SO IT DOES NOT SHOW UP IN THE LIST OF PROGRAMS . HOW DO I GET THE COMPLETE AVG BACK.

We regret the inconvenience caused. We would request you to remove previously installed AVG program traces from your system using AVG Remover tool and then try to reinstall AVG protection free.
Note:If you have installed any other Antivirus programs like AVAST, NORTON, MCAFEE or KASPERSKY, Please uninstall it first to avoid conflicts when installing AVG.
Once you have uninstalled from your system,try to follow the steps which mentioned below.
Remover and Download:
1) To download AVG remover tool, please click on this link: http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe .
Please ignore the restart, if it prompt on your screen.
Run AVG clear tool, if you had installed AVG 2017 version: https://share.avg.com/steam/PSP/AVG2017/AVG_Clear.exe .
2) Run the downloaded file and follow the onscreen instructions.

4)Once you have logged into your PC after the restart, please go to C:\ drive and delete the "AVG REMOVER" folder manually.
Note : Please use the AVG Remover tool mentioned on the article to uninstall the AVG program more effectively.
