Please click on the following link (http://avgclick.me/AVGtechnical ) and fill out your details, select as Android then the name of AVG Program that you installed in your mobile and in description please completely explain about your issue and finally click on Email option. The AVG mobile team will reply back to you via email with a resolution.
Hi Community,
I have AVG installed an my HTC Desire X.
On the device I'm logged in with my AVG-Account.
On the website too. My phone also shows up on the website.
Now I tried to send a shout signal to my phone to test it, but got the message that AVG can't connect to the phone. Same with lock and find.
Is there anything else I have to do on the phone to get a connection?
