Avg can't remove Trojan horse Small.GUH?

Hi Ethan,

I'm sorry to hear this is happening. We have reports this detection may be caused by Windows Defender. Please make sure that the Windows Defender is turned off http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/turn-windows-defender-on-off, scan your computer and send us AVG log files for closer analysis.

To send the AVG log files please download and run this http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_SysInfo.exe, briefly describe the situation, include link to this conversation and send it. Specialists will contact you on your e-mail after analysis.

Thanks.

Scanned multiple times just to detect it over again, no restart, current build 5645. Even scanned in safe mode but no virus detected. Later, avg starts downloading fake avg build 5646. By the way, computer has been attacked by a backdoor and controlled remotely.
